Multifamily Real Estate Development Manager Jobs (Dallas)
   

For-profit real estate development company specializing in luxury high-rise condominiums seeks a Development Manager who will identify and assess potential acquisition and development opportunities; create and execute viable action plans, conduct financial modeling, market research, project design, and provide leadership to the project team for each development. The Development Manager will be responsible for multiple projects at any given time and must be comfortable prioritizing and managing complex transactions. This position will require the development manager to office in Dallas but will also require some travel to various markets in Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and locate prospective opportunities
  • Property Analysis and Acquisition
  • Perform Property Due Diligence
  • Market Research
  • Deal Structuring
  • Financial modeling/structuring
  • Prepare Investment packages for approval by Investment Committee
  • Project Management
  • Design and Construction Management
  • Interface with external professionals, consultants, government officials and partners.
Potential development activities may include:
  • The acquisition and rehabilitation of existing multifamily properties
  • The development of new affordable and mixed income rental housing
  • Mixed use and/or Transit Oriented developments
  • Master planning and redevelopment projects
Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years of real estate acquisition and development experience; multifamily development experience is clearly preferred
  • Project management experience with multiple projects at one time.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Architecture or Construction from an accredited college or university.
  • Familiarity with Federal, state and local housing programs is a plus.
