Mixed-Use Property Manager Jobs (Dallas)

Ranked as one of the fastest-growing property management firms in the DFW Metroplex. Seeking experienced Commercial Property Managers with retail, office and industrial management experience. Qualified applicants must be familiar with:
Commercial Property Management and lease administration.

Day to day operational management issues
Rental control
Negotiation of lease agreements
Inspection of properties
Preparing monthly reports of budget
Relationship building with tenants and tradesmen (facilities management)
Correspondence with landlords and tenants

To be successful in securing and interview you must posses the following:

Minimum 5 yrs. experience in Commercial Property Management
High standard of written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Negotiation skills
Strong Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
Have well-established tenant relationships, and the acumen to develop new tenant relationships
