Our client is a value-added provider of Construction Management / General Contractor construction services throughout the Front Range and Mountains of Colorado. They have over 60 years of technical and logistical construction projects which include private and public sector clients in Mixed-Use, Office, High-Tech, Aerospace, Biotech, Medical, Mountain Resort, and Retail. They are a Colorado-based Construction Manager and General Contractor operating throughout Colorado since 1946.
They are looking for a Mid-level Estimator to work individually on projects, reporting directly to the Chief Estimator. The company has very good tenure: both the Chief Estimator, Sr. Estimator, Director of Operations have all been with the company over 13 years, therefore proven stability is paramount in hiring decisions.

Qualifications
