MEP Superintendent Jobs (New York City)

MEP Superintendent responsible for all associated trades on major high rise conversions or new residential construction. Very familiar with mechanical, electrical and plumbing constructability issues, able to provide solutions to issues arising out of trade conflicts, provide appropriate information and documentation at job meetings. Maintain schedules. Have good knowledge of New York City Codes and sub contractor base. Should be computer literate and a degree in Mechanical engineering or contruction related field very helpful. MUST have New York City experience.
