Senior Estimator (Metro Washington DC)
   

Mid-size General Contractor in MD/DC metropolitan area is searching for a Senior Estimator. This is a new position due to company growth.

Qualifications:

  • 10 Years experience with Commercial projects in the $5 to $20 million range
  • Senior Estimator able to handle all aspects of preparing budgets and hard bids on mid-rise Office Buildings, Institutional and Warehouse projects
  • Report to VP of Preconstruction Services
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or a related field is preferred
