Land Acquisitions Manager (Residential Construction): Charlotte

Responsible for all aspects of land/lot acquisition and development. Liaison to development partners, land owners, engineers, attorneys, appraisers, lenders, government officials and other builders. Institute local land policies, identify raw land, monitor all rezoning efforts, negotiate multi-million dollar contracts, monitor development activities, argue zoning cases.

10+ years experience in the Charlotte market as a land acquisitions manager. Team leadership skills requred.
