Land Acquisitions Manager: Residential / Mixed Use Developments (Northern California)

Our client is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager to help acquire land for rental housing and/or mixed-use development. Responsibilities include research, identification, and acquisition of land for residential or mixed-use development, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with land sellers, real estate brokers, and municipalities. Job duties include identification of development opportunities, participation in designer selection and managing due diligence, and assisting in the zoning approval / variance process. This person will perform feasibility studies, understand and be able to communicate to others how covenants and restrictions affect land utilization, and be able to evaluate current and proposed zoning and tentative map requirements.

Experience: 5 years Minimum.
