Senior-level executive responsible for retail development programs, including all aspects of site marketing and acquisition; due diligence; consultant selection; pro forma; tenant lease negotiations; regulatory approval; construction and asset management. International experience in the Caribbean with U.S. territories and 7 islands outside the US territories. Candidate also has retail development experience in China, and is familiar with many of the intricacies that come up in an international market. BS in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
