New York City Interiors Superintendent Candidate Available

Our candidate is currently with a prominent New York City interiors general contractor as a Superintendent. With his current employer he was the Lead Superintendent on a major renovation of a securities company at 2 World Financial center, major law office renovation at 1 NY Plaza, and a financial institution on 7th Ave, all large projects of 40-60K sq/ft. Prior to his current employer he was with McCann and Atlantic Construction and cut his eye teeth with AJ as a superintendent. He worked on projects up to 415K sq/ft, $55M, that included a complete gut, installation of all new MEP systems, complete architectural packages, lobby and plaza reno, data center, cafeteria, and kitchen. He considers himself to be an “8” on MEP, and a “9” on high end finishes. He is currently at $135,000 with an average bonus of $8500. He is at the top of the career ladder with his current employer and doesn't want to become a Project Manager which would be the next step there.
