HRIS Analyst (Orange County)
   

Description:

Are you looking to work in a stable industry? I have the perfect job for you. My client is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join their team in Orange County. You will be responsible for analysis, design, development, testing and migration activities necessary to implement user requested enhancements to HRIS applications, perform upgrades as necessary. Consult with users, clarify requirements, and recommend solutions. Evaluate user requests, formulate plans, prepare flow charts, design, documentation and troubleshoot/correct bugs or issues. You will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance and support of their HRIS applications.

Requirements:

  • 4 years maintaining HRIS applications
  • Cognos and Impromptu
  • SQL Server
  • Ultipro a plus
  • Technical design and Analysis and documentation of it
  • Upgrade and/or data conversion exp
  • Experience utilizing MS Project or similar planning tool for development of project plans and tracking
