Experienced Purchasing Manager that has been in estimating and purchasing in the Houston market for the past 7 years. Before that he was a field manager in both construction and customer service. This individual has spent 25 years in residential construction since he left college in 1982. He is computer literate and knowledgeable in production, purchasing, estimating, design, value engineering, rough and finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical and ceramic.

He has only worked for four companies in 25 years and is loyal and dedicated. His current situation is secure but stagnant growth will hold him in the same position for the foreseeable future, which does not keep the creative juices flowing.
