QUALIFICATIONS

Northern California Heavy Construction Division Manager with 10-20 years of heavy/civil construction experience, excellent problem-solving skill and demonstrated leadership. Candidate must have extensive experience managing heavy highway projects with contract values ranging from $5,000,000 to $100,000,000. This position will be responsible for the overall management of the project managers in the assigned district. Primary responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating activities to ensure that area projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Supervise project personnel and provide technical advice to resolve problems. Responsibilities also include management of project financial reporting and profitability, and ensure good working relationships with Owner.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor´s degree from a four-year college or university program and a minimum ten years related experience; or a combination of extensive industry experience with post secondary education.
