Duties
Candidate’s main responsibilities shall include preparation of estimate costs including quantity takeoff, planning of construction means and methods, and construction CPM scheduling. Proven ability to analyze field productions and cost for ongoing work and experience in tracking cost trends is desirable. This position will be based in our Richmond BC office.

Qualifications
BS Engineering degree and/or related experience and training or the equivalent combination of education and experience, and a minimum of five years experience in Heavy/Highway estimating. Candidates shall possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be proficient in analyzing bid document plans and specifications. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications is required. Prior experience with HCSS Heavy Bid, Bid-2-Win or any other estimating software or similar computer data based estimating systems is desirable.
