Senior Project Managers needed for hospital and healthcare related construction projects. Positions will be based in Texas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Overall project management & primary responsibility for profit/loss on any assigned projects. Developing and maintaining successful client relationships. Planning and directing construction activity to deliver high quality, on time, within budget projects. Responsible for the management & development of the project manager staff.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Sciences or other related major.
10 to 15 years commercial construction project management experience - healthcare construction preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES preferred:

Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This position requires an individual who is extremely detail-oriented, has the capacity to learn quickly and is very productive while maintaining the highest quality in the work product produced.
Proficiency with Timberline or equivalent.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc.)
