Experienced Tri-State Construction Manager Candidate Available

We are currently working with a very experienced construction manager with a degree in Architecture who is registered in New York and Connecticut and has 20 years of architectural and construction experience, half of which is in hospital renovations/additions and new construction. He is currently with a major Construction Management company and recently finished a $17M phased construction of an addition and renovation of a major department in one of the largest hospitals in the region. His largest hospital projects was a $250M 16 story new building. He typically manages the process from design through preconstruction to turn key dealing with architects, engineers and general contractors to insure the projects get delivered on time and within budget. To do this he manages project schedules, prepares and monitors all budgets, prepares and develops RFPs and trade requisitions. He reviews and negotiates all change orders and implements safety programs and policies. He develops detailed cost estimates throughout the design phase and conducts value engineering and cost studies to ensure the project budget is maintained or reduced.

His current project in coming to a close and his desire is to seek a new career with an owner. He is ready to meet immediately. Relocation is a possibility, the candidate is currently in the NY Tri-State area. Please contact me if there is interest on your part to meet or learn more about him.
