The Project Scheduler will report to the Construction Manager and they are responsible for assisting in the development of the project schedule and monitoring the progress of installation of electrical systems in accordance with the schedule. The position will also communicate to management, issues that will impact deviation from the schedule to allow timely resolution.

The individual must be experienced as scheduler in construction industry for a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years with an electrical knowledge and/or background. They must be competent with scheduling software such as - Primivera, SureTrack, Microsoft Project, Project Expedition, etc.

They should also have the ability to develop working schedules with appropriate ties in activities and logic; and be considered an expert in CPM Scheduling; Critical Path Method at multi site construction environments. They must also have a proven ability to manage numerous complex scheduling efforts; and have good communication skills and writing ability.

It would be a plus if the individual has had prior experience in the field and/or project management. This position is set in an office environment with frequent visits to project sites in an outdoor construction environment with prevalent weather conditions and will require proper personal protective equipment be worn at all times.

The Company is a full service Electrical contractor with annual revenues in excess of $150M and they have an urgent need to fill this position with a key individual as soon as possible. They have multiple offices; are privately owned and financially stable. They are in a strong growth mode at this time. The key individual must be prepared to travel to company jobsites 25% to 50% of the time. This Company performs electrical construction work east of the Mississippi.
