Electrical Construction Project Manager: Small Projects (St. Louis)

The Client is a full service mid-sized St. Louis based Electrical contractor that has been in business since the early 1970s with annual revenues around $50M. The company is publicly owned. Their services include design-build; new construction; tenant finish; renovation; sound/video; security systems; data & communications systems; fire protection systems; parking lot lights and maintenance infrared testing. They also have a fleet of service trucks on the streets daily. They are actively looking and have a very high sense of urgency for an Electrical Project Manager with experience in small projects at this time.

The successful Electrical Project Manager will have the following experience for this position: a minimum of (3) to (5) years of commercial & institutional projects ranging in size from $10K to $600K. The individual will have the ability to take a project from turnover to closeout. Prior experience with McCormick estimating software systems would be a plus. They should also have experience with design build projects; great people skills and attitude. Local candidates are preferred.
