Electrical Project Manager: Raleigh
   

The Client is a mid-sized full service Electrical contractor in the southeastern United States with the corporate office located in the state of Georgia. They have been in business for nearly a century and they have multiple offices located in the south & southeast United States. They currently have a need for an electrical Project Manager in their Raleigh office.

The successful candidate must have three to five years or more experience in electrical project management and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time. A degree is not required.

They should have solid experience and a mix of commercial, institutional and government projects including offices; tenant fit-outs; renovations and new construction.

Experience with site coordination; scheduling of materials; budgets; some estimating; cost codes; P&L; plan & spec and design build projects is essential. This individual could be identified as a soup to nuts, cradle to grave manager. Computer literacy and experience with computer estimating software and job cost tracking are essential.

This key individual will be assisting the Branch Manager in building the office and will be involved in negotiating construction purchases and buyouts; estimating change orders; daily correspondence; everything from project start-up to project close-out. Salary is commensurate with experience and they offer a very competitive compensation program.

There will be annual reviews and potential for continued growth and advancement to a senior level Project Manager. Local Candidates only please.
