Electrical Construction Division Manager (Columbus, OH)

The Client is a medium-sized full service Industrial Electric contractor in the greater Columbus Ohio area. They are currently seeking a Division Manager with the drive and ambition to grow the existing Electrical Division to the next level.

The successful individual for this opportunity will have more than (10) years experience in the Electrical Construction industry in the greater Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area. They must be local and a people person. They must have the ability to manage people; and be able to guide, train, mentor an existing staff of project managers and estimators. They should have experience in operations, project management and full P&L responsibilities for a $20M division. A transferable book of business would be an asset.

There is potential for advancement, and for the right person there is opportunity for equity in the company. Prior sales experience would also be a PLUS. This individual will report to the President. The Client has a very high sense of urgency to fill this position as soon as possible.
