The Client is a full service mid-sized Atlanta, Georgia based Electrical contractor that has been in business for around 100 years with annual revenues around $60M. The company is privately owned and has multiple offices in the south and southeastern U.S.. Their services include work in the commercial, institutional, light industrial and government arenas. They are actively looking and have a very high sense of urgency for an Electrical Branch Manager at the Corporate office at this time due to growth of the company.

The successful Branch Manager will have the following experience for this position: a minimum of ten (10) years experience in the Electrical Construction industry in the greater Atlanta metropolitan area. They must be a people person and have the ability to manage people; and be able to guide, train, mentor an existing staff of project managers and estimators. They should have experience in operations, project management and full P&L responsibilities for at least a $20M division. A transferable book of business would be an asset.

There is potential for advancement. Prior sales experience would also be a plus. This individual will report directly to the President. This Company has a very high sense of urgency to fill this position as soon as possible. Prior experience with estimating software systems would also be a plus.

They should also have experience with design build and plan & spec projects; have a great attitude.
