Division President : Residential Construction (Southeastern U.S.)
   

Company: National production homebuilder.

Position Summary: Responsible for managing the day to day operations of an established division of a national homebuilder to achieve the strategic and operating plans of the corporation. Recruit, train and motivate the division management. Ensure the division is in compliance with the policies of the company and enforce all standards set for performance. Provide analysis to regional/corporate offices. Participate in strategic planning and co-ordination of practices and growth for the company.

Job Requirements: Must have a college degree and 10+ years experience in the homebuilding industry. Knowledge of markets, land acquisition and development and construction practices are a must. Excellent analytical ability and financial knowledge is required along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
