Director of Site Acquisitions: (Massachusetts)

Leading privately-held investment real estate developer is seeking a motivated, capable, deal-maker with a proven track record of site acquisition success to identify and secure strategically locates sites as part of a national rollout of its hospitality platform. Individual will have a solid, existing commercial broker network and the skills to expand as necessary through commercial brokers and sellers in each market that can contribute to the timely sourcing of qualified acquisition opportunities.

They will be able to effectively measure and manage broker performance and drive accountability and timely delivery on the part of others who are preparing mission critical information. They will work with engineers / land planners as necessary to coordinate initial site investigation and due diligence prior to going under contract. They will work with city / county staff as necessary to prospect for knowledge of available land and gain favor for the development of specific land opportunities. They will maintain a high level of knowledge of ordinances and codes related to land entitlement and development. They will upport each site recommendation with a concise package that outlines positive attributes or concerns based on demographics, traffic counts, access, visibility, signage, capacity, utilities, environmental profile, easements, competitive landscape.
