Our Client is a fully integrated real estate investment trust (REIT).They are one of the largest owners and managers of real estate in the United States with a portfolio of approximately 58 million square feet in its major platforms, primarily located in the New York, Washington, DC the Boston metro areas. They are currently looking for a Director of Leasing for their New Jersey office. Qualified candidates will have ten plus years leasing experience and have a strong background working with strip centers and retail tenants. They will need strong mathematical and negotiating skills.
