Director of Leasing - Commercial Real Estate - Healthcare (Dallas)
   

National commercial real estate firm seeking a talented Leasing Director Manager for Dallas Office to market, implement, and manage our in house leasing programs.

General Responsibilities:

  • develop relationships by cold calling and networking
  • increase occupancy and identify new investment channels
  • review and negotiate new and renewal leases and other related agreements
  • manage a network of third party brokers
  • maximize rent revenue by negotiating new leases and renewing existing leases
  • visit each property on a regular basis to verify that we are using the best brokers
  • develop, update and present leasing reports

Qualifications:

  • entrepreneurial approach to leasing and business development
  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field
  • 6 to 8 years of direct leasing experience in Healthcare, Medical Office, Clinics
  • experience working with millions of square feet
  • proficiency with MS Office products
  • proven sales/negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - we need a true professional

This is NOT a property management position. We are looking for leasing managers with 6 to 8 years of direct commercial healthcare-related real estate leasing experience.

Required Skills: Leasing Manager, CCIM, ULI, asset management, commercial brokerage, business development, leaseholds, market analysis, 1031 exchanges, asset inspections.
