Area Director of Development (North Florida)

Responsible for the bottom-line of the business unit, profitability and/or cost effectiveness of a product line. Responsible for product quality and strategic direction. Must have the ability to source "promote" development opportunities. Also perform fee based design management functions. This candidate will develop business, build a development team and be required to develop sites. Requires relationship building and community involvement and the experience to source opportunities in the North Florida market.
