Director of Development (Multifamily) Jobs (Maryland)

Locate properties in suburban Maryland for multifamily development. Will be expected to do 2-3 deals per year - concept, analysis, presentation, entitlements, zoning, work with VP of Finance on securing financing. Follow projects with Project Managers and provide umbrella oversight.

This person must have extensive multi family apartment background. Must be very knowledgeable with construction; buy outs, management of personnel, schedules, budgeting and computerized scheduling systems.

Compensation: Base $150K to $175K, Bonus up to 100%, company auto.
