Director of Construction : Residential Construction (North Carolina)

Company: Regional single family builder with multiple communities and excellent local reputation.

Position Summary: Oversees the construction process from land development, through construction to closing. Must be able to perform all functions at a high level of production. Must be conscious of the impact of quality and customer satisfaction on the long term success of the company. Must be able to set standards for multiple area production managers and superintendents. Must hire, train and motivate production personnel to achieve the company’s goals.

Job Requirements: College degree preferred. Individual must be an experienced construction manager having 5+ years experience managing a construction organization involving multiple communities.
