Director of Commercial Property Management: South Florida

Responsible for the management of a department that oversees more than 3 million square feet of commercial, industrial and retail properties. Direct and guide property managers in day to day decisions, oversee budgets, collections and reporting. Manage department human resources and marketing, develop new business, maintain contracts and leases.

Requires six to ten years related experience, staff management experience, Bachelor's degree, knowledge of Yardi and MRI, excellent verbal and written communication skills and related financial knowledge.
