Director Commercial Program Operations: Architecture (Orlando)

Outstanding company in Orlando, Florida seeks Market Leader/Design and Consulting Principal to lead its Commercial Program/Operations and to manage/grow a team of professionals with A/E Design and Construction/Deployment expertise.

Minimum Requirements:

Candidate should be a registered architect in the State of Florida or a Construction/Program Manager.

Fifteen plus years experience in the design/project management and construction oversight of commercial and private sector building facility projects including financial institutions, office buildings, warehouses and medical offices.

Candidate must have strong marketing and business development, operational and personnel management skills.

Candidates must have pre-existing and transferable business relationships within the Orlando community.

Current Orlando residency is required.
