Cost Engineer: Metro Washington DC
   

Our client is an ENR 400 Construction Company located in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area and they are looking for an exceptional candidate for a position as a Cost Engineer.

The Cost Engineer will be a member of a team that is well noted for taking on complex, intricate and award-winning projects.

Key responsibilities will include providing job cost assistance under the supervision of the Manager of Cost Engineering, review and verification of budgets, Timberline reporting and contract review.

The Cost Engineer will also work closely with the Project Manager’s to ensure budget management and efficient project closeout.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position is required
  • Experience in construction or real estate industry is a plus, but not required
