My client is a full service, national real estate company. They develop, construct and manage multifamily housing properties all over the United States. Over the last thirty years, they have developed over 70 communities comprising more than 15,000 units. Each division is staffed with talented employees who are passionate about creating and maintaining the highest quality affordable and market rate apartments. They are searching for a Controller with 4+ years in multifamily accounting. A candidate with a CPA or and MBA is preferred but not required. The company is aggressively expanding currently adding and planning to add several thousand units per year for the next several years.
