Construction Superintendent Jobs (Washington DC Metro)
   

This family-oriented general contractor is looking for superintendents who can independently run projects. This firm prides themselves on customer satisfaction and wants a superintendent who will maintain and enhance their service-oriented approach to business.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with general contractor in the DC market
  • Experience with projects averaging $10mm, $20m is even better
  • Experience with more complicated projects a plus; high end work a plus; medical a plus.
  • Must have run several projects on own minimum, prefer 3 to 5 yrs running work on own
