Duties include:

Planning and organizing a project under the directions of a Senior Project Manager or Division Manager; establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies; maintain all logs required to track the progress of the electrical project; review any documentation prepared by Assistant Project Manager before submission to others; supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project; monitor electrical construction activities in conjunction with the on site Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure project is being built on schedule, and within budgets; assume any additional responsibilities as directed by corporate executives.

Position Requirements:

Minimum 5-10 years electrical experience with heavy emphasis on estimating, knowledge of electrical construction, and project management; must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance; computer literate, especially in estimating programs and spreadsheet programs; superior communication and interpersonal skills; must be committed to working in a team atmosphere.
