Commercial Property Manager Jobs (Dallas)

An expanding property investment group requires the skills of an experienced Commercial Property Manager to manage a small portfolio of office buildings located within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

Commercial Property Management and lease administration
Day to day operational management issues
Rental control
Negotiation of lease agreements
Inspection of properties
Preparing monthly reports of budget
Relationship building with tenants and tradesmen (facilities management)
Correspondence with landlords and tenants

To be successful in securing and interview you must posses the following:

Minimum 5 yrs. experience in Commercial Property Management
High standard of written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Negotiation skills
Strong Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
Knowledge of Word, Outlook & Adobe
