Chief Operating Officer: Residential Construction / Homebuilder Jobs (East Coast)

Our client is a top East Coast Tri-State Homebuilder who has an immediate need for an experienced Chief Operating Officer.

Essential Job Functions:

Collaborate effectively with all department heads.
Coordinate Each Company Division (e.g. Construction, Scheduling). Manage the people that manage the projects.
Ensure an integrated and cost effective approach to designing, constructing and delivering homes, and developing attractive land developments and master planned communities.
Identify Future Projects For Acquisition.
Drive the Planning & Approval Process.
Develop business strategies to enhance market share and improve overall performance and profitability.
Possess Financial Acumen & the ability to guide the CFO.
Work with the management team in order to reduce costs, enhance revenues, achieve quality goals and objectives, analyze and utilize information to develop and support management decisions.
Communicate key information to other corporate officials.

Requirements:

Significant leadership skill, P & L Responsibility either within a major division of a publicly traded homebuilder or senior leadership experience in a privately held residential builder.
