Chief Estimator (Metro DC)

Excellent opportunity to work with a leader in the industry who understands the needs and expectations of all team members; clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors to achieve and insure project success.

Local General Contractor is seeking a Chief Estimator with local (DC) commercial project experience in excess of $100m. Must have experience with project drawings, all 16 divisions, working with subcontractors and suppliers to develop accurate projections of project costs to include materials, manpower and equipment. A bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or a related field is preferred.
