Family owned company with long lasting relationships in DC market is looking for Chief Estimator to run the estimating department.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 yrs experience with general contractor in DC market
Experience in conceptual and hard bid, commercial interior and base building projects up to $50 million
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Degree preferred

This general contractor has been in the DC market for 30 yrs, providing tenant/renovation and base building construction services with private and public clients. Ranked in the top contractors in the Washington Metropolitan market by ENR.
