Chief Construction Estimator Jobs (Fairfax County, Virginia)
   

Does a ground floor opportunity with a new division of an established commercial construction company interest you? This firm has more than 15 years in the DC market with strong client and sub relationships. They are looking for an assertive manager to help grow with their business.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 yrs experience in estimating with conceptual and hard bid commercial interior and base building projects ranging from $100,000-$5 Million.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Degree preferred

The firm provides general contracting, construction management and design/build services for commercial base building and interior projects. They value integrity, teamwork, and an uncompromising commitment to client satisfaction.
