CFO: New York City

Our client is a global organization with interestes in construction, real estate, banking, and hotels and is looking for a CFO to manage the financials for their US construction and real estate intities headquartered in NYC. Must have construction and real estate experience, a very good knowledge of Timberline accounting software, degreed in accounting or finance or both and have the ability to multi task and run a departmebnt of 6 - 8. This is a growing organization and would consider a controller currently with a major Construction / Real Estate organization who feels he/she is ready to move up the career ladder. This position will give the selected candidate an opportunity to be involved in other international facets of the company and representsa a very real growth opportunity. Salary is open.
