Business Development Manager: Commercial Construction (Metro Washington DC)
   

Local, well known, established General Contractor in Washington metropolitan area is interested in hiring a Business Development Manager. The position is open due of an internal promotion within the company.

Qualifications:

  • Ten to fifteen years project management or business development experience with a General Contractor in the Washington DC market
  • Must have local relationships with owners, and architects
  • Must be able to attend association and business related events outside of conventional working hours
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Salary based on experience, bonus is performance based
