Construction Project Manager (Boston)

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Commercial Construction for ground up and tenant fit-out projects for a variety of client types.
4 year degree preferred
Commitment to Client and Architect Relationships
Proactive problem solver
Ability to Identify New Project Opportunities
Excellent Communication Skills

Responsibilities:

Overall client satisfaction and profitability from pre-construction through to project completion.
Develop bidding, procurement and delivery strategies with the project team and interacting closely with all field personnel throughout the life of the job to ensure that all quality, budget and schedule parameters are met on a regular basis.
Meeting Management
Contract Review
Purchasing of Subcontracts
Schedule Management
Effective Project Close-Out
Timely Completion of all Financial Reports
