Architectural Project Manager: Washington DC

This leading international Architectural/Engineering/Construction firm is looking for a Program/Project Manager for it's Washington DC, office to manage an Architectural/Engineering design team working on Federal Government Projects.

The responsibilities of the position include developing fees and budgets, monitoring and reporting the financial progress of projects, implementing the requirements of the contract by leading the project design team, conducting presentations before diverse groups, attending weekly management meetings, and reporting to senior management regarding the progress and status of the projects assigned to him/her. Professional development is encouraged. The position reports to the head of the Architecture Department.

The qualified candidate should have an active archtecture or PE registration with about 8 years of experience, five of those years working on Federal Government projects. The position also requires the ability to obtain a security clearance.
