Architectural Project Manager Jobs (Seattle / Portland)
   

A fast-growing, award-winning design firm is looking for talented and motivated Architecture Project Managers to join our team. Applicants must have great communication skills, passion, and commitment. Leadership experience is required. This position serves as the primary client contact for projects, and oversees all phases of projects, ensuring that teams meet quality, schedule, contractual, and budget goals.

Qualifications:

  • Architectural registration is required
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of extensive experience in all phases of architecture
  • Six (6) years minimum of project management experience
  • Proven experience in leading project teams, both internal and consultants
  • Proven ability to lead projects and complete them within budget
  • In-depth knowledge of local building and zoning codes
  • Proven ability in marketing and new business development
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent client relations and professional references
