Division Manager of Architecture Services (Miami)
    Salary Range: $125K-140K DOE

One of the nation’s leading design engineering and architecture firms has retained S.R. Clarke to discover a design- focused, talented and business savvy Division Manager to lead their thriving Miami practice.  

This is a prime opportunity for a talented design project manager or architecture practice manager to take their career to the next level with a firm that gets high profile projects that are often noticed on the national and international design scene! In addition, this client offers a very lucrative base salary of $125-140K DOE as well as realistic and attractive performance bonus incentives and benefits package, which make this opportunity one the region’s premiere architectural management opportunities in the Southeast U.S.  The Architectural Division Manager will deliver high quality architectural services to a wide range of building and facilities clientele. The successful candidate should have experience managing a multi-million dollar revenue practice group and will be responsible for providing financial oversight, leadership, marketing direction and technical guidance to the local Group/practice managers as well as to ensure that quality technical services are provided to clients. The main practice areas are:  ·        Retail/Commercial ·        Secondary/Higher Education ·        Government ·        Resort/ Entertainment ·        Transportation/Aviation  
 Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering is required. An MBA is a strong plus.

  • Four - year degree (BA or BS) in Architecture or Architectural / Engineering Design related discipline.
  • Candidate must be a licensed Architect in the state of Florida, or able to obtain licensure within 6 months
  • Successful project usage of REVIT - building design software.
  • Two - plus year’s experience and current success in management of architectural design group or team.
  • Proven success and ability for managing design group or practice Budgeting, Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Client Interactions.
  • Expertise with technical and interpersonal skills, public speaking and persuasive ability; very strong financial management, team management, and leadership skills; ability to manage and coordinate efforts of various programs to produce budgeted profits and overall results.
