Highway Design Engineer (Northern Virginia)

Join one of the Mid-Atlantic and Washington D.C. area’s fasted growing Professional Civil Engineering Consulting firms. This progressive design focused firm offers fast track growth opportunities for talented design engineers, surveyors, survey chiefs and CADD Design professionals along with attractive compensation, performance based bonus and comprehensive benefits packages.

This firm has retained S.R. Clarke to find qualified Highway Design Engineers for their Culpepper, Virginia office. This individual will be in charge of several State Transportation and Commercial Land Development projects in this rapidly growing area. This position provides the stepping-stone towards future Branch Management as this company continues to build on an earned reputation for quality work delivered.

A successful candidate must possess a BSCE. In addition, individual must have 2 + years successful experience with highway and street design grading, preliminary engineering and analysis, landscaping, pedestrian walkway, bicycle trails and bus way design. Experience with HOV Lanes and Roadway design a plus. Also, be proficient with AutoCAD, TR-55, TR-20, and Hec-Ras.

This client offers a very attractive salary commensurate to experience and proven abilities along with performance based bonus incentives and a full benefits package. Salary Range: $42,600 - 69,000 DOE
