Responsibilities:

• Creating compelling visualizations in support of design and marketing efforts.
• Develop systems and methodologies that support a seamless and integrated design process, from marketing, conceptual design, through construction.
• Interface with Project Architects, Principals in deciphering needs and translate that to effective renderings for marketing or business development purposes.

Qualifications:

• Excellent 3D design, modeling, rendering and animation skills
• Ability to grow, manage and lead the 3D Media Lab, including initiating research, education and implementation plans (Web site/Intranet design and management)
• Ability to multi-task project specific initiatives with broader office objectives
• Proficient in 3D Studio, VIZ Max, Form Z, Sketch-up, and Auto CAD, in addition to Photoshop, Illustrator and other after-effect software.
• REVIT experience preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in architecture
• Good softball player is helpful.
