 · Many job candidates fill out a form on our website stating an interest in a particular job but never send us a resume for that opening despite our repeated requests. We can not consider any candidate without having their resume on file.

 · Some job candidates view our site and because they don´t see a job description they believe is a good fit for them, they never make contact with us which is unfortunate because only a fraction of our opportunities are posted online. We encourage candidates to always send a resume if they are seeking a new opportunity because they just might be a good fit for one of our confidential searches.

 · Some otherwise qualified candidates are disqualified simply because they don’t follow our instructions. We have completed many thousand successful searches in our thirty years in business and over that time, we’ve developed a solid process that leads to positive outcomes for both employers and employees. We will not work with candidates that won’t allow themselves to be coached.

From the large number of resumes we receive on a daily basis, we cull out a select group of Construction, Real Estate Development, Architecture & Engineering candidates that might meet the needs of our clients. We do everything possible to determine whether a particular person would be a good fit at a client company and we urge our candidates to work with us in every possible way to achieve a match.
