S.R. Clarke Consulting Services Inc. is an executive consulting group that have placed over 25,000 professionals for over 41 years. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter that is independent, self-motivator, self-starter, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Maintained and update a daily cold calling list.
Requirements:
- Two years of Recruitment experience or sales experience, strong understanding, and ability
- to recruit in all levels of the organization.
- 2 years of education; College Preferred
- Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience.
- Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
- Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.
