Spencer Roy Clarke, Founder and CEO
Spencer Clarke founded SR Clarke, LLC. in 1984, after working for five years with one of the nation's largest executive search firms. Spencer has personally been involved in over 7,000 successful searches.

Wallace Stuart, Southwestern Division President
Wallace Stewart joined SR Clarke in 2003, bringing with him over (25) years of hands on experience in both the general construction and subcontracting industries. He draws upon this experience to bring satisfaction to his clients and candidates.

Greg Brazier, Vice President
Greg Brazier joined SR Clarke in 1998. He focuses his recruiting efforts in the Northeast Region, concentrating in New York City. Greg has considerable experience in both contingent and retained searches, managing the placement of executive-level professionals.

John Aragona joined SR Clarke in 1999, after practicing law in the private sector. Rod Shapard has been with S. R. Clarke since 1998, specializing in the recruitment of management personnel in the construction market. Rod joined S. R. Clarke after a 33 year career in construction and building materials for both large and medium sized companies.

Mark C. Antalosky, Mid-Atlantic Division President
Mark Antalosky spent twenty three years with an executive search firm that was purchased by SR Clarke in 2008. He has been involved in training, administration, recruiting, operations, research, development, public speaking, team building and various leadership roles.
