management contracts in the State of California for large scale airport/aviation; transportation projects?
We are currently seeking a Vice President of Business Development to develop, negotiate, and
implement partnerships with Public Agencies, Architectural /Engineering Firms and Construction
Companies to secure construction management business opportunities within the State of California .
Our client seeks a self motivated leader, rainmaker with closing skills( architect, engineer, marketing
manager etc.) to take the lead role in the development of strategies for establishing partnerships
and business relationships with firms who produce preferably large scale airports/ aviation projects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to collaborate with internal departments,
such as marketing, and operations, as well as external partners and allies in the development and
implementation of strategies, plans, and business models. Seeks out and researches prospective
projects through Industry knowledge making phone calls, traveling, attending conferences, and
utilizing the Internet. Markets new and existing customers to identify and attain Construction
Services opportunities. Positively manages relationships with various prospects, clients, and
partners in the Construction Services environment. Estimates demand for proposed projects based
on market research and consumer trends. Provides support to upper management in deal
negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and other business development or alliance
development projects.
The successful candidate coordinates with the marketing department in the planning of marketing
and promotional activities, including advertising in appropriate publications. Provides input to the
management team on new product or service features to be developed to meet current and future
customer needs. Researches and learns all new emerging technologies and trends. They also
have 10 other locations other than Culver City. Our firm is very loyal to their employees and they
